Midday Music Mindfulness Meditation for flute players and other musicians (and everyone else) – ONLINE Every Tuesday in APRIL at 12-noon Central Time

Use mindfulness and our musical instruments and our art to help relax, find calm in everyday life, and quiet distracting self-chatter.

Join Cornell Kinderknecht on Tuesdays at 12:00-12:30pm US Central Time, online through Zoom, for a mindfulness meditation practice with music.

Each online gathering includes:

  • Short introduction or instruction
  • Mindfulness session:
    • Guided meditation to connect with the breath and to help relax the body
    • Meditation with music
    • Invitation to bring your own music into your personal meditation (this is just for you, there’s no requirement to play for the group, your microphone will be off). You can also choose to sit silently, hum, write, paint, draw…
  • Sharing and discussion
